OSVALDO/MATOS (O/M) is a Portuguese manufacturer that has worked closely with architects, engineers, and designers on bespoke project solutions for over 60 years. When the third generation took the helm, they decided to launch the studio’s own brand, O/M, in 2012.

O/M’s products balance design, electronics, optics, and mechanics against form, material, and colour. Luminous flux, colour rendering, colour temperature consistency, and glare are all parameters predicted from concrete measurements. A finished fixture’s shape and the light it casts are always the perfect alignment of design and these parameters.
