Background
Born 1979. Master Architect. Graduate of Yıldız Technical University and Istanbul Technical University. Worked on archaeological digs, danced, traveled widely, wrote, and drew. Speaks English.
She spent fourteen years at the Yapı-Endüstri Merkezi (Building Information Centre) in nearly every role, finishing as Marketing and Business Development Coordinator. After serving as Deputy General Manager at Seranit Group and General Coordinator at Ferko Construction, she closed her private-sector career to be part of a freer kind of production. For five years she has been a jury member of the World Architecture Festival and a nominator for the Aga Khan Award for Architecture. She teaches part-time at Özyeğin University’s Faculty of Architecture, edits, and speaks at and juries seminars and conferences.
Architecture, the culture of architecture, B2B marketing in the construction sector, events, these have always been her interests. Passionate about everything beautiful made by human hands. What she enjoys most: walking through new cities with seeing eyes, thinking, writing, and drawing.
