CoeLux
A genuine daylight experience. CoeLux is a technological window that brings real daylight into fully enclosed indoor spaces with no connection to the outside.
CoeLux combines three components: a state-of-the-art LED system that reproduces the spectrum of daylight, a sophisticated optical system that creates the sense of infinite distance between sun and sky, and a few-millimetre layer of nanoparticles that recreates Rayleigh scattering, the same phenomenon that makes the sky look blue. Put together, you get a “technological window” that opens up new possibilities in interior architecture.
How the technology works
For a short walkthrough of the technology, watch this 7.5-minute video produced for FluTv:
Current models
1. HT (High-Tech)
Window dimensions 107 × 52 cm, requires 25 cm of ceiling clearance, 170 W, 50 kg.
2. Sky line
Window dimensions 107.3 × 3 cm, requires 12 cm of ceiling clearance, 60 W, 6 kg.
3. HE (High-End)
Largest window dimensions 171 × 85 cm, requires 100 cm of ceiling clearance, 300 W, 350 kg.
4. SkySpot
Aperture 11.5 cm, requires 19 cm of ceiling clearance, 28 W, 1 kg.
